Michael Heath qualified as a solicitor on the 1 August 1997 after spending 2 years as a Trainee Solicitor at the Leeds Office carrying out a varied case load of work including Family, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Mental Health work and Conveyancing.

Michael Heath worked as an assistant solicitor at the Leeds Office between 1997 and 1999 and since that date has been responsible for running the Middleton Branch Office. Since 1999 the Middleton Branch Office has continued to expand and build on successful foundations with a number of fee earners increasing from 3 in 1999 to 7 in 2008.

Michael Heath now specialises in Family and Mental Health work and has been a Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel of Approved Solicitors since 1999.

Michael Heath was delighted to accept Partnership at the Middleton Branch Office of Grahame Stowe Bateson solicitors in 2003.
