Qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He was originally a legal advisor to Magistrates, as a magistrates Clerk in Leeds. He joined Gsb in 1985 and became a partner in 1987. RIchard specialises in all aspects of criminal work and advocacy. He obtained Higher Rights of Audience in 1999 and now attends Crown Court daily conducting all cases including lengthy trials.
